If you used Facebook Login or Google Sign-In, you can request deletion of your account and associated data.
How to Request Deletion
To delete your data:
- Email admin@skoolswap.co.za with subject “Delete My Account”
- Include the email you used to sign in
- Your data will be removed within 7 days
What Will Be Deleted
- Profile
- Chat messages
- Marketplace listings
- Escrow/payout history (except required financial records)
- Login tokens
What Cannot Be Deleted Immediately
For legal and financial reasons, some transaction records must be stored for up to 5 years, as required by law.
